About the Role

As a visual designer, you will work in the growth team and be responsible for all marketing collaterals used in user-facing communications.

You will work closely with the marketing and growth team to design campaigns that effectively communicate Vested’s message and value proposition to its target audience through eye-catching graphics and highly convertible landing pages.

What will you do

• Craft eye-catching marketing graphics such as social media graphics, website banners, mailers, facebook/google ads and other assets that capture attention and boost engagement on various platforms.
• Conceptualize, design, and iterate on high-converting landing pages aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop responsive layouts that ensure seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand needs and translate strategic goals into impactful visuals.
• Stay abreast of current design trends and tools, constantly seeking new ways to elevate our visual identity.
• Bonus point if you possess basic video editing or animation skills to create engaging short-form content for social media or landing pages.

Prior Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a marketing designer, user interface designer, interaction designer, or similar role. Priority will be given to candidates who have prior experience in a Fintech company.
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions.
