About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst at Vested, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency across our diverse product lines. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making at every level of the organization.

What you will do

• Advanced Data Analysis and Insights: Develop and execute complex SQL queries to retrieve critical data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that directly influence business strategies.
• Leadership in Dashboard Development: Lead the design and development of sophisticated Tableau dashboards and reports. Mentor team members in best practices and support them in their projects.
• Strategic Reporting: Design, build, and automate the delivery of comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to senior management and key business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Training: Serve as a key resource for the team in areas of complex data extraction and analysis. Provide training and guidance to other team members on SQL, data analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains. Develop solutions to enhance the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Prior Experience

• B.E. or B.Tech from tier-1 college
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, database management, and statistical modelling, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
• Passionate about Personal investments space.
• Proficiency in any one of the programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar..
• Experience using R/Python for Data Analysis is a plus
• Understanding and knowledge of Analytics tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Segment, etc., is a plus
